Custom Moulding is a service provided by Melba Swintex, offering the ability to manufacture products in large quantities via a variety of methods, with high quality and precision in mind. At Melba Swintex, we pride ourselves on our trade moulding facility. With enormous experience, technical know-how, and state of the art large capacity machines.

We have recently completed projects in:

  1. Blow Moulding – Leisure Jerry Can 25 litre with an innovative design.
  1. Rotational Moulding – Swimming pool float for moving floor – new project using floats to lift & lower a ceramic floor for swimming pool installations.
  1. Compression / Intrusion Moulding – Cell Pave HD – a JV with a customer to bring a new product to market, made in the UK for heavy duty permeable SUDs, compliant paving system.
